AntiSemitic graffiti, including a swastika was found sprayed on the roadside in St Ives, a coastal town in Cornwall along with a reference to Hitler and the gassing of Jewish people.
Darren Saint, St Ives Police neighbourhood beat manager, said they have a zero-tolerance approach to these types of incidents.
“We haven’t seen anything like this before. We have carried out local enquiries. If anyone has any information relating to this graffiti we would like to hear about it.”
The graffiti was reported to Highways and has since been removed.
